South Fulton CMC is a non-profit corporation that provides quality and affordable mediation and conflict resolution services and training to the community at large, in order to promote the value of Mediation as an answer to the alternative dispute resolution needs of South Fulton and
surrounding areas.

South Fulton CMC as the preferred choice of community members searching for an effective forum for resolving disputes, managing effective relationships and facilitating personal and business processes. We see South Fulton CMC serving as a model of excellence in the alternative
dispute resolution field in South Fulton, Fulton and Henry counties.
The South Fulton CMC is looking for volunteer mediators and facilitators to provide alternative dispute resolution opportunities to the community. The CMC will work with the Fulton County Court System to develop a court sponsored mediation program, where the CMC can provide mediation services to the public. Fees are income-based and services are offered to all community members, whether court ordered or self-referred.
The South Fulton CMC will facilitate mediations on various types of cases, ranging from neighborhood disputes, debt collections, and business transactions to divorce and familial relationships.
Requirements for registration as a certified mediator in the State of Georgia are:
Complete 28 hour training course (online courses not accepted)
Complete observations/co-mediations completed with a registered neutral
Or Complete a 12 hour practicum
